Summer Sessions

For 6 weeks during July and August 2022, we are going to bring some fun to your running with our Summer Sessions.

While we wait until our New and Progressive Runners groups to start again in September, we thought we would take advantage of the warmer, brighter nights and bring to you some running fun that is educational, motivational, challenging and community focused.  These will be coached sessions which will be different from our usual Wednesday Social Run, so please don’t expect to be ‘going for a run’.  Sound like something you want to be involved in? Who Is It For?

This will be for all abilities.  We will split in to two groups so that you can focus on your capabilities.

  • If you have tried Couch to 5k more times than you can remember but never completed it, then this is for you.
  • If you have always stuck with your usual easy runs that are becoming boring, then this is for you.
  • If your running has plateaued and you can’t seem to get better, faster, run longer, then this is for you.
  • If you want to enjoy running a bit more and challenge yourself, then this is for you.

Basically, it’s for anyone who would like to improve their running, learn more about running and enjoy it a little bit more.
